As an HR Advisor, you play a key role within our logistics organization. You know the logistics workforce, understand what is happening on the work floor, and develop into a strong sparring partner for management. You combine operational HR knowledge with strategic insight: whether it concerns recruitment & selection, performance management, or strategic workforce planning, you are at the heart of the organization and know what matters to our people. What makes this role even more interesting is the modern logistics environment in which you work, including our automated warehouse, the AutoStore, and a new warehouse that opened in 2026.
