Tasks
Communicating with Hiring Managers and candidates to clarify expectations and address open questions

Reviewing incoming applications based on predefined criteria and identifying candidates who best match the requirements

Conducting short introductory calls or evaluating recorded video interviews
Preparing a shortlist of recommended candidates and sharing it with the responsible Hiring Manager

Coordinating interview appointments and ensuring that both candidates and Hiring Managers receive all necessary information
