Job Description
- Act as a trusted HR Business Partner for the Warsaw-based commercial organisation.
- Partner closely with leaders and managers across Sales, Marketing, Commercial, Finance and other business functions.
- Provide visible HR support to the local business, with regular presence in the Warsaw office.
- Support day-to-day HR topics, employee matters and ongoing people processes.
- Work closely with the regional HR Director, People Partner team, Centres of Excellence and Shared Services.
- Help translate business priorities into practical people actions.
- Support organisational change, employee engagement, talent and development initiatives.
- Use HR data and insights to support people decisions and identify key trends.
