Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Business Partner to join our People team based in the Netherlands. This role is pivotal in supporting both local and global HR initiatives, serving as the first point of contact for all local employee relations matters. The HR Business Partner will report directly to the local Head of HR but be an integral part of our wonderful global People Team, ensuring alignment with global HR strategies and policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Employee Relations:
Serve as the primary contact for employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to employees and managers.
Resolve conflicts and grievances, ensuring fair and consistent application of ITG policies.
Conduct investigations into employee complaints and recommend appropriate action.
HR Support:
Partner with the local Head of HR to implement and manage HR programs and initiatives that support the wider business goals...
