The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will be responsible for the HR activities for our offices in the Nordic Cluster. The HRBP reports to CEO of the Nordic cluster. The position will be based in Oslo.
**Responsibilities**:
Align human resources strategies with the business objectives of the organization ensuring that HR initiatives support the company's goals and contribute to its success.
Develop a partnership relationship with the managers and staff.
Implement HR campaigns launched by the corporate teams of Leasing Solutions (Paris) and the BNP Paribas Group.
