Job Description

We are looking for a Senior and Generalist HR professional with proven experience across all HR subsystems and the ability to lead, influence, and transform the HR function within the organization.

ROLE:

  • Manage all HR areas: recruitment, onboarding, career development, performance management, compensation and benefits, labor relations, employer branding, organizational culture, and compliance;
  • Act as a strategic partner to leadership, influencing business decisions related to people and culture;
  • Plan and execute talent development and succession programs;
  • Implement digital HR solutions and tools to automate processes and support data-driven decision-making;
  • Lead initiatives on employee engagement, retention, and organizational change;
  • Ensure compliance with labor legislation, internal policies, and best practices in HR governance;
  • Lead strategic HR projects with a focus on impact, innovation, and results;
