About the role.
As an HR Business Partner, you act as a trusted advisor to management and play a key role in further professionalizing HR within an international and fast-growing organization.
You operate at the intersection of HR, business, and operations, working on topics such as organizational development, talent management, and workforce planning. At the same time, you contribute to improving HR processes and systems (including AFAS) and strengthening data-driven HR support.
Given the international context, you will also be involved in cross-border HR topics such as employee mobility, international employment, and related compliance.
