Main activities
Act as a trusted HR Business Partner to local Managers in all operational and strategic HR matters and ensure appreciative employee relations conduct across the Region (Italy, France, Spain, Turkey);Collaborate directly with the Regional Director to shape the people and organizational roadmap;Ensure alignment between regional HR practices and the global strategy, in synergy with Corporate HR (in Germany);Manage and ensure a positive employee experience in all aspects of the employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, development, engagement, and offboarding;Guide local Managers on workforce planning, team structures, and organizational development;Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company-wide HR standards;Promote company values and drive a strong, cohesive culture;Support and oversee payroll and HR administration for quality and complian...
