Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders
Work collaboratively with the HR Team to actively support in the development and leadership and annual review process Work with local management to identify talent in the jurisdiction, and prepare succession plan for key roles Work closely with Group Training to discuss development solutions Have a very good understanding of the corporate business and their client needs
Maintain and keep up to date with knowledge of remuneration packages in the marketplace Responsible for tracking recruitment service against agreed service levels
Lead and support the development of key stakeholders through effective coaching
