Job Description

What You Will Do


  • provide guidance and support to managers and employees based in Switzerland on HR operational topics related to the full employee life cycle (recruitment, assessment, development, retention, transfer, etc.)

  • ensure proper execution of HR processes to mitigate risk, while actively identifying workflow inefficiencies and driving continuous improvement

  • collaborate with HRBP’s, HR Centers of Expertise and the HR Service Center to deliver cohesive and aligned HR solutions that meet business needs

  • manage a variety of administrative and coordination tasks to support seamless HR operations

  • coordinate and implement the annual compensation review process within the assigned area of responsibility

  • work in partnership with both team members in Switzerland and global HR teams and departments, actively contributing to the implementation of Swiss and global HR projects and initiatives
