We are seeking an HR Generalist to join our team! You will be responsible for various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and training and development. You will have a strong understanding of HR practices and a passion for supporting employees and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities: Recruitment and Onboarding: Administer the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating the hiring process.
