Human Resources Generalist – GBS
Location: Mexico City, Mexico.
We are seeking a dynamic and business‑savvy Human Resources Generalist to join our Global Business Services (GBS) team.
Main Purpose of the Role
Employee Relations
- Handle employee relations cases, including investigations, conflict resolution, and performance issues.
- Coach managers on handling sensitive situations.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Advises on employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Lead GBS MX employee onboarding and Buddy programs, continuously improving processes for a seamless employee experience.
- Serve as a primary HR contact for employees, resolving inquiries and issues with professionalism and empathy.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Oversee end‑to‑end hiring process for GBS employees.
