1.Oral communication level of English
2.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
3.Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with at least 2 years in a managerial or HR supervisor role
4.Strong knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
5.Solid experience working with HRIS platforms
6.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
7.Ability to manage sensitive situations with confidentiality, empathy, and fairness
8.Expireance of payroll & bank& social insurance excutive
9.Expireance of on-board training
10.Basic knowledge of IATF16949
11. Proven experience in manufacturing, automotive, engineering, or a similar industrial environment is highly preferred
Pay: $22,000.00 - $30,000.00 per month
