Alida is looking for a hands‑on HR Manager to help shape and run a modern, technology‑enabled HR function. The role is ideal for someone who thrives in building efficient systems, leans into automation, and manages a small team of a Payroll/Benefits specialist and a Recruiter. You’ll own day‑to‑day people operations while streamlining a scalable, AI‑powered approach.
