As the Specialist, your responsibility is to maintain HRIS accuracy while executing HR processes in line with governance standards. You will also manage requests in HR Connect and prepare detailed reports for executive review. Collaborating with Payroll and HR professionals, you’ll help facilitate employee lifecycle changes and contribute to system improvements.
