Elevate HR processes with CAAT as the Lead, HR Process & Documentation in Toronto. This hybrid position will focus on crafting standardized HR documentation and processes.
In this full-time role, you'll spearhead the creation and documentation of HR policies. With a strong emphasis on consistency, you will assess current processes, identify gaps, and implement frameworks for effective governance. Close collaboration with HR leaders and stakeholders will be central to your success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain an inventory of HR policies and documentation
