Job Description
Key responsibilities:
- Collect completion data (queries) and produce the monthly training plan tracking report
- Prepare and publish the weekly training report
- Prepare and share evaluation reporting (immediate and delayed feedback)
- Prepare and provide reporting on no-shows for mandatory training sessions
- Analyze and provide commentary on monthly reporting indicators
- Implement productivity improvement tools for the team
- Perform various tasks primarily within the SAP information system
- Consolidate and define performance indicators related to training activities
- Contribute to the creation of documentation and training materials linked to organizational, process-based, or system-related learning paths
