We are looking for a talented individual to become a key member of our Career team at Mercer. This position can be based in either Porto or Lisbon and offers a hybrid work model, requiring a minimum of three days per week in the office.
We will count on you to:
Collaborate on and manage projects primarily within Rewards, including Compensation Benchmark Analysis, Salary Band Definition, Mobility, Executive Remuneration, Variable Remuneration Analysis and Model Design, Job Evaluation, Pay Equity & Transparency, and more;Collaborate on projects related to Careers and Performance Management, participating actively in the design and implementation of career frameworks, performance appraisal processes, and talent management initiatives;Contribute with Business Development and client revenue;Manage rewards projects with high complexity;Conduct complex analyses based on client and market data using Ex...
