Job Information
This role is responsible for providing support to the HR department and business. They will assist in various HR functions, including but not limited to Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, People Relations, Business Processes & Analytics, Internal Communication and Facility Management. The Specialist will collaborate with HR team members to ensure accurate and efficient HR operations.
This position will work offset hours (12:00PM - 8:00PM) to help support 2nd shift team members.
Role & ResponsibilityGeneral
- Primary HR contact for employees.
- Assist in developing & implementing HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- Coordinate HR programs and processes such as compensation & benefits, talent acquisition, orientation, onboarding, training, and performance management.
