Role Purpose
The Talent Business Partner is responsible for driving and executing the full Talent & HR roadmap for the Ingenious Lion Tech Hub, acting as a strategic and operational partner to the team leaders while ensuring a strong employee experience.
This role combines HR operations, talent development, employee relations, and cultural initiatives, in close alignment with Publicis Groupe local team frameworks, supporting a fast-growing, agile, and international tech environment.
Responsibilities
HR Operations
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date employee data management across HR systems
- Manage benefits administration and support payroll-related processes
- Support salary updates, promotions and annual cycles
- Act as first point of contact for employee HR-related questions
- Full admission process
- Support international mobility and relocation processes
