The One Medical (OM) PXT team seeks an exceptional HR Specialist to establish program management excellence and drive strategic HR initiatives. This role will implement PMO mechanisms to ensure consistent delivery across our transformation portfolio and lead critical policy work that positions One Medical for continued growth within Amazon.
What Success Looks Like:
You'll influence diverse leaders while anticipating risks and planning proactively. Working closely with the OM PXT leadership team, you'll own and execute strategic priorities that strengthen our HR foundation.
