Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic HR partner to business leaders in Brazil, supporting organizational growth and business performance
- Serve as a key liaison between Brazil operations and headquarters in China, ensuring alignment on HR policies, processes, and strategic initiatives
- Support workforce planning, recruitment, and talent pipeline development for critical commercial and operational roles
- Drive employee lifecycle management, including onboarding, performance management, engagement, and offboarding
- Provide guidance on Brazilian labor law, ensuring full compliance with local regulations while aligning with global standards
- Support compensation and benefits processes, including benchmarking, budgeting, and annual review cycles
