Job Description

Position Objective

Provide HR tools to leaders that support employee experience through KPIs and follow up for better decisions.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Onboarding follow up (PMP, job description, onboarding grid)
  • Support offboarding process (resignation letter, checklist, technician exit interview)
  • KPI Generation and follow up (PMP, job description, onboarding grid, turnover, absenteeism, low performance)
  • Administrative activities for temporary compensations
  • Disciplinary policy follow up
  • Dashboard HR

Skills

  • Knowledge of Excel

Education

  • Currently studying a Bachelor’s Degree in Administration, Psychology or similar.
