HTA Program Manager & Senior Researcher/ Postdoc

We are looking for a talented and ambitious individual to participate in the research group of Prof. Dr. VP Retèl. In our group, we are working on a broad scala of projects regarding (very) early Health Technology Assessment (HTA) of innovative technologies in precision oncology. The projects are research-based as well as policy/clinic-based, due to the nature of the NKI-AVL, which is a research institute and hospital in one. Our group includes 10 PhD students, 3 postdocs and 1 research assistant.

For the hospital, the program manager-part is expected to have a coordinating role in the development of a real-time data & research pipeline for projects concerning the Center of Early Detection (). This data pipeline will function as a framework for continuous HTA analyses throughout the patient trajectory, from early detection until palliative care, for both research purposes as well as policy decision making purposes.
