This role is funded through the Canada Summer Jobs Program and offers an opportunity to gain practical experience supporting a variety of human resource functions. To be eligible, candidates must be between the ages of 18 and 30. You will report to the Human Resources Manager and will be responsible for a range of duties. You will learn about Bethany’s philosophy and processes and what it’s like to work with residents on a one-on-one basis.
