Overview
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) is responsible for the delivery and execution of HR services to employees and managers in our manufacturing plants in Edmonton, Sherwood Park, and Nisku, Alberta. The HRBP performs a variety of employment‑related functions to enhance employee engagement, productivity, and compliance with company policies. Key focus areas include labor relations, recruitment and selection, development, corporate program execution, policy and procedure adherence, employment legislation compliance, and HR metric/KPI analysis.
