Talent Acquisition
- Lead the LatAm talent acquisition strategy, ensuring high‑quality hiring, diverse pipelines, and strong alignment with business growth needs.
- Drive employer branding, sourcing innovation, and candidate experience initiatives across the region.
- Partner with global TA COEs to implement best practices, technology enhancements, and recruitment analytics.
Talent Management
- Oversee regional talent review processes, succession planning, and leadership pipeline development.
