Job Description
Contribute to Northern Lights Public Schools as a temporary Human Resources Generalist in Alberta. Ideal candidates should have a strong HR background and exceptional interpersonal skills to support the department's needs.
This full-time position starts no later than the end of July and may commence earlier. You will assist the Human Resources team with documentation while potentially handling some Payroll tasks. Candidates can be based out of either the Bonnyville or Lac La Biche office, depending on their location.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to inquiries from public and staff both in-person and online
• Maintain employee documentation and HR information systems
• Assist with new hire, termination, and leave documentation
• Help staff with absence entry and weekly authorizations
• Support Payroll, Benefits, and HR administrative tasks
