We are seeking a Human Resources Generalist who will play a key role in supporting our leadership and staff across a range of strategic and operational HR functions. This position focuses on occupational health, leave management, labour relations, recruitment, performance management, policy development, and return‑to‑work planning. The successful candidate will also act as a primary liaison with external partners and contribute to broader organizational initiatives that promote a healthy, secure, and engaged workforce.
