Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resources Manager to lead and oversee all HR operations within our Canadian organization. This role is responsible for driving organizational effectiveness through workforce planning, recruitment, employee relations, compliance, payroll administration, organizational development, and performance management.
The successful candidate will work within a multinational business environment and collaborate closely with global leadership, including the corporate HR team. This position plays a key role in aligning Canadian HR operations with global standards, processes, and workforce strategies.
