Job Description
SCOPE OF POSITION
The Human Resources Manager is responsible for implementing and coordinating policies and programs covering the following: employment, labor relations, wage and salary administration, orientation and training, placement, safety, environmental, outside vendors, insurance and health benefits and employee services.
FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Recruits hourly and salaried employees, including screening applications, conducting interviews, extending job offers, and coordinating physicals, drug screens, and background checks.
- Conducts new employee orientation and ensures proper onboarding procedures are followed.
- Assists in the development, implementation, and enforcement of HR policies and procedures.
Payroll & HR Administration
