Workplace Investigations
- Receive, assess, and conduct workplace investigations, ensuring compliance with BC employment law and internal policies.
- Advise leadership on disciplinary actions, performance management, and progressive discipline.
- Resolve complaints and conflicts fairly, timely, and with cultural awareness.
- Maintain thorough documentation and records for all employee relations matters.
Unionized Labour Relations
- Serve as the primary HR contact for unionized employees and collective agreement matters.
- Manage grievances and advise leaders on interpreting agreements and handling disciplinary matters.
- Support leadership in collective bargaining preparation and participation.
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for multiple business units, including contract negotiation.
