Overview
Amata Transition House Society provides short‑term housing, advocacy, and support services for women and children in Quesnel, BC. The HR Manager will lead the organization’s human‑resource functions, ensuring that all services are delivered in alignment with policies, legal requirements, and the Society’s mission and values.
Reporting to the Executive Director, the HR Manager oversees day‑to‑day operations, supervises all coordinators and staff, and plays a key role in organizational effectiveness, employee performance, and service quality. This permanent part‑time position requires 16 hours of work per week, with days and hours arranged collaboratively with the employer to accommodate the ideal candidate.
