About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Human Resources Support to join our team in Medellín. This role is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and leadership across our local operations. This is an onsite position that requires a strong presence in the office to support daily operations and foster a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with department managers to address workforce planning, staffing needs and team development
- Support employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, performance reviews and career development
