Overview
Reporting to and working closely with the Human Resources Manager, the successful incumbent will be responsible for providing general HR departmental leadership support, overseeing operational activities for all functional HR duties including training and development, employee engagement, employment standards, payroll, labour relations and being the champion for guiding company policies. The HR Team lead will play a critical role in administering and implementing a range of human resources related functions.

- Contributing to the development and implementation of Human resources departmental plans, goals, and objectives.
