Responsibilities
- Learn and grow as an important part of a team that cares about Reliance and its customers.
- Responsibly service HVAC equipment and accessories for residential customers.
- Perform general inspections of all types of appliances for residential users.
- Perform other duties as required by supervisor or designate.
- Adhere to all safety rules.
- Explain the benefits of newer, high‑efficiency equipment to the customer.
- Ensure the safe operation of all new installations and correctly instruct customers on proper care and maintenance.
- Maintain company vehicle to a neat, clean, and safe standard.
- Promote Reliance Home Comfort products and services on every call.
