The University of Miami/UHealth department of Facilities has an exciting opportunity for a Full Time HVAC Mechanic, Licensed to work in Coral Gables, FL. The HVAC Mechanic, Licensed troubleshoots and maintains efficient operations of heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning systems in assigned facilities. Further, the HVAC Mechanic, Licensed completes the maintenance of all other refrigeration systems and ensures work is performed in a timely manner to maintain facilities secure and operational.
