Position Description
Project Tendering
- Reviewing requirements of tenders
- Helping to ensure the project tender tasks are completed before the tender due date
- Reviewing the tender before sending it to ensure all sections are covered and meeting the requirements
- Helping with the material/equipment selection, pricing and ensures the accuracy of the details
- Assisting in visiting project sites
Project Opening & Kick-Off
- Open a construction file internally with all administration records
- Assisting in ordering material and equipment
Project Planning & Execution
- Preparing shop drawings and submittal packages
