Provides highly advanced (senior level) skills necessary to perform heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration ( HVACR ) repair and maintenance of mechanical equipment. Responsible for managing and supervising a department that oversees all air conditioning and related mechanical equipment and utility systems. Works under minimal supervision with extensive latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment.
