Eaton’s IS AER FMC division is currently seeking a Hydraulic Manufacturing Team Lead - 2nd Shift. The core hours are 1:45pm to 10:15pm. The hourly rate for this position is 42.44 per hour.

**What you’ll do:**
This position will be responsible for assigning work, following schedule, work completed on schedule, resolving discrepancies, training employees, troubleshooting with technicians. This individual will serve as the link between production floor, Quality and Engineering functions.
