Work Location : Remote
- Hands-on experience with WalkMe (creating/using WalkThrus, Playbooks, Launchers). Strong facilitation and presentation skills
- Conduct WalkMe training sessions (virtual/in-person) for business users and support teams.
- Develop training materials: guides, videos, quick reference cards, eLearning modules.
- Tailor content to audience skill levels (end users, power users, admins).
- Partner with Change Management and Project teams for rollout readiness.
- Track training attendance and effectiveness; incorporate feedback.
- Support WalkMe content owners post-training.
- Maintain training schedule, documentation, and version control
