Role Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Family-Based Immigration Paralegal to join our team remotely. In this role, you will work closely with our attorneys to prepare and manage family-based immigration cases from start to finish. The ideal candidate is proactive, client-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced legal environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and file family-based immigration petitions and applications, including forms I-130, I-485, I-765, I-131, and all related supporting documents.
- Collect, review, and organize client documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Maintain and manage case files, deadlines, and follow-ups.
