About the role
As an Implementation Manager, you’ll oversee the full client onboarding journey, from initial technical integration to final go-live. Your role involves guiding clients through the setup, defining their business cases, and coordinating internal teams to ensure a fast and smooth path to revenue.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Own and manage the client integration and onboarding process
- Guide the client tech team through the integration process
- Plan and consult the client marketing team on use cases and solutioning
- Coordinate between internal cross‑functional teams
- Ensure continuity between Sales and Customer Success
- Reduce Time to Revenue Recognition and provide customers with a fast and effective onboarding experience
