- Develop and implement execution strategies for capital and departmental merchandising projects, including minor construction projects and in-store renovations.
- Coordinate, synchronize, and manage contributions from cross-functional teams, merchants, execution planning, suppliers, and contractors to enable speed-to-market execution.
- Lead the development of merchandising execution strategies and manage small construction projects to ensure timely delivery.
- Serve as the key liaison among merchants, cross-functional teams, execution planning, and suppliers; partner with third-party firms to develop scope, planning, tender, and permit documents.
