Job Description
What you will move in this role:
- Primary point of contact for all customs and export formalities
- Ensuring that export procedures are carried out correctly in compliance with all applicable regulations (in accordance with EU, US and CN export control legislation)
- Carrying out compliance screenings of creditors, debtors, orders, deliveries, enquiries and quotations
- Preparing customs documents such as customs invoices, export declarations and other export-related documents
- Clarifying and gathering necessary customs data (internal and external) as well as export control classifications
- Carrying out preferential tariff calculations
- Responsible for creating and maintaining manuals and guidelines for the export department
- Goods receipt: Physical acceptance, checking for completeness and damage
