- Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end import and export shipments (air and/or ocean freight).
- Prepare, review, and process all required documentation (AWBs, Bills of Lading, Commercial Invoices, custom filings, etc.).
- Coordinate with carriers, customs brokers, warehouses, and internal teams to ensure timely and compliant shipments.
- Track and trace shipments, providing timely updates and resolving any operational issues.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-5 years of proven experience in freight forwarding or a similar import/export operations role.
