Job Summary
Hourly pay: $20.85 per hour with overtime after 44 hours. 30 hours per week, Monday‑Friday, may require some weekends.
Qualifications
- 7 months to less than 1 year of work experience.
- Secondary school education plus CPR or First Aid certification.
- Proficiency in English.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and care for children before and after school.
- Plan, prepare, and serve meals.
- Perform light housekeeping and laundry.
- Oversee children’s activities such as play time, rest periods, games, crafts, reading, and outings.
- Get children ready for school.
- Maintain a safe and healthy environment.
- Instruct children in personal hygiene and emotional well‑being.
- Discipline children according to parent‑requested methods.
- Communicate effectively and make sound decisions; remain flexible, organized, reliable, and patient.
