- Manage the legal side of transactions from start to finish
- Draft, review and negotiate contracts and related documentation
- Analyse tax and social law implications within transactional files
- Identify risks, inconsistencies and optimisation opportunities
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders throughout the process
- Maintain rigorous structure, documentation and follow‑up
- Provide tailored, high‑quality advice (no one‑size‑fits‑all)
- Master of Laws with 2-8 years' experience, ideally in M&A or tax
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to challenge positions when needed
- Excellent attention to detail and a sharp ability to detect inconsistencies
