Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated legal counsel to join our dynamic team in Lisbon
The ideal candidate will have a commercial & privacy law background, preferably including a 2-3 years’ experience in a top-tier law firm.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for in-house legal matters including drafting agreements, addressing compliance issues, and participating in negotiation discussions. In order to succeed, this candidate should feel comfortable working with in-house and outside counsels on a variety of legal matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Support corporate governance tasks, including company updates, filings, and corporate housekeeping.
- Assist with drafting and reviewing company legal templates and in various steps within standardization processes.
