Act as a core member of the distributed IT SAP HCM application team responsible for support and enhancements projects in a complex and integrated IT landscape in HR; Daily incident solving in HCM PA, PT, PY, OM (2nd and 3rd level support); Map requirements, processes and objectives, develop necessary product modifications to satisfy business requirements.
